Zirconium is a silver-gray transition metal, with atomic number of 40, atomic weight of 91.224, melting point of 1852°C, boiling point of 4377°C and density of 6.49g/cm³. Zirconium demonstrates high strength, ductility, malleability, outstanding corrosion and heat resistance behavior.
