OEM China Copper Cu Sputtering Target - FeNb Sputtering Target High Purity Thin Film Pvd Coating Custom Made – Rich Detail:
Ferro Niobium alloy sputtering target is fabricated by means of vacuum melting. The typical compositions are FeNb50,FeNb60,FeNb70.
Ferro Niobium alloy is an iron-niobium alloy. The alloy is created from the minerals pyrochlore or columbite through an aluminothermic process. It is in mainly used as the production of high temperature alloys, stainless steel and HSLA steels. It could combine with the Carbon to form Niobium Carbide (NbC) coating, which could be distributed homogeneously around the crystalline grain and ensure the refined grain size, hence improve the strength, toughness, and creep resistance of the steel. Niobium added to steel refines remarkably the cast structure and austenite structure of steel.
Rich Special Materials specializes in the Manufacture of Sputtering Target and could produce Ferro Niobium Sputtering Materials according to Customers’ specifications. For more information, please contact us.
