K4002 (K002) is a high-strength nickel based cast high-temperature alloy, with mild and high temperature performance levels that belong to the level of existing equiaxed crystal cast nickel based high-temperature alloys. Its organizational stability, high temperature oxidation resistance, and heat corrosion resistance are good. The sampling performance of the parts is relatively close to that of single cast samples, and the dispersion of performance data is small. The casting process performance is good. But due to the high content of tungsten and precious tantalum and hafnium, the density is higher and the price is higher. Suitable for making turbine rotor blades and integral cast turbine discs for work below 1000 ℃.
