Nilo alloy 42 is a high-performance iron-nickel-based precision alloy, also known as Invar 42.FeNi42, 4J42, Its main components include iron (Fe) and nickel (Ni). The nickel content is approximately 41.5% to 42.5%, with the remaining being iron.
The preparation process of Nilo alloy 42 alloy mainly includes the following steps:
1. Iron Nickel alloy raw material preparation: According to the alloy composition ratio, accurately weigh various metal raw materials to ensure the accuracy and stability of the alloy composition.
2.FeNi42 alloy material smelting: Various methods such as a non-vacuum induction furnace, a vacuum induction furnace, or an arc furnace are used for smelting. During the smelting process, the smelting temperature and smelting time need to be strictly controlled to ensure the uniformity of the alloy composition and the stability of its properties.
2.Metal alloy liquit casting: Pour the smelted alloy liquid into the pre-prepared mold, and the alloy ingot can be obtained after cooling. During the casting process, attention should be paid to temperature control and surface cleaning to avoid the generation of defects.
3.Nilo alloy ingot heat treatment: Carry out a series of heat treatments on the ingot, including solution treatment, aging treatment, etc., to improve the microstructure and properties of the alloy. During the heat treatment process, parameters such as the heating temperature, holding time, and cooling rate need to be strictly controlled.
4.FeNi42 alloy ingot processing: According to the specific application scenarios, process the alloy through forging, rolling, drawing, etc., to make various shaped parts and devices.
The specific applications of Invar42 alloy :
1. the Nilo alloy 42 is widely used in electronics industry: Due to its low thermal expansion coefficient and excellent electrical conductivity, 4J42 alloy is widely used in the manufacturing of components such as transistor bases, integrated circuit packages and electron tubes. These characteristics ensure the stability and reliability of electronic components and improve the performance of the entire electronic system.
2.Feni42 alloy material is widely used in Aerospace: In the aerospace field, 4J42 alloy is used to manufacture precision instruments, sensor housings, missile components, etc. Its high strength and low expansion coefficient enable it to withstand temperature and pressure changes in extreme environments, meeting the strict requirements for device performance in the aerospace field.
3.Fe base Precision alloy material is widely used in Chemical and power: 4J42 alloy has good corrosion resistance and is suitable for use in harsh environments. Therefore, it is used to manufacture chemical equipment, reaction kettles, pipelines, etc., to ensure the stable operation of equipment under harsh conditions.
4.4J42 expansion alloy Ni base metal alloy is widely used in electrical vacuum industry: 4J42 alloy is a sealing structural material that can be hermetically sealed with materials such as soft glass and is widely used in the electrical vacuum industry.
